i think drugs are ok at raves just buzzin hard to the music!

Booze must be allot cheeper in Australia than in the UK its a damn site more expensive than most drugs over here and makes (some people) aggresive and unbearable. A large percentage of people who do pills do them to help stay awake or lift them a bit when the music alone isn't doing it not to get ****ed out there head.

Does anyone just drink with their buddies b4 entering the club? not talkin about drinkin and driving on the way there..but in the parkin lot or somethin?
I used to "roll" but now its just alot more fun for me to be goofy and drunk to the hardcore.

darren i think mentioned the early acid house scene which was early 80's when the rave culture was just starting out i think at that time "drugs" was a part of it. But i do not do drugs or have ever taken drugs i used to get toasted on pot but thats it. Drugs are not just apart of "rave culture" its part of clubber or hip hop people or anything you can go to any concert or rave or club and get someone busted for some drug! its not just with electronic music its just media hype. I would never do ice/glass/speed/heroin/coke/shrooms/wippits/drink/meth/lsd/acid/E....**** that! just give me music! thats it!

I swear every rave i go to everyones pilled up, but it seems not. I can do it without drugs 2, i think once uve've done enough drugs in the past raving just comes naturally with or without. I think draw has a bigger part to play in people getting ****ed up (long term) than people think.

ive done a far bit of this n that n i kno ppl who do more but ive never known someone whos totally ****ed themselves up on hard drugs, on the other hand i know a lot of young alcoholics and potheads who are letting things slip away from them its hard to watch which is probly y i see weed n drink as worse than the harder drugs, obviously discounting crack an smack n all that dirty shit

Drugs are a big part of the rave scene just as they are society in general.
Most anti-drugs people have either never tried the drug or have witnessed/had bad experiences.
Each of us has our own complex reality so the question really is - is a particular drug good or bad for you personally?
The truth is you won't know until you try, so is the experience worth the risk.
That's for each of us to research and decide.

to be honest yea i do think pills especially are a big part in the rave scene,
yes i do take them and thats my personal choice not every1 elses. Dont mean to be criticle or anything but it does my head in when i see piss heads at a rave tryin it on and trying to cause fights, thats not what the rave scene is about.
