It is with great regret that I am no longer giving out forthcoming tunes to anyone what so ever,

A Dj named Seventy 7 from australia has been hassling me for cds for months, I ve sent him 2 which got lost then cuz of this I sent a 3rd to Dj frantic who said he would send it him out, jay didnt send it cuz he wasnt posing anything to them now alphamagic have gone down

So 2 days ago while doing a goodfle search on my name i come across a discussion board where people are asking him for mp3`s of hardcore machine, myslef knowing he doesnt have it am shocked to see he has been palying it

He has let me know he basically just ripped it out of a mix cd and has been caining it, not sure who else has with him but its ***** taking the piss

some may say i shouldnt be naming names but tbh right now i just dont give a fuk, Why should I have my own hard work ripped off like that?

I really dont care what people think of this cuz the music I write is something for me, doing stuff like this can jepardise any album signings which is the only money i actually earn enough from to keep me making tunes and bringing them out!

Im really sorry its come to this but for all i know it could be worse he could actually have a real version that someone has given him without my permission, and i cant risk that any more

So from now on NO, AND I MEAN NOT 1 of my tunes unreleased go on mixes on the net or tape packs, cds or what ever without my permission

If its released on vinyl thats ok but If any Dj Including You big names out there has unreleased bedlam records tracks

I DO NOT WANT THESE APPEARING ON MIXCES, TAPES OR INTERNET MIXES OF ANY QUALITY,

If you fear an unreleased track of mine you want to play in a set is recorded, then Let me know first hand

Im really sorry it has come to this but if people keep taking the piss then i aint releasinbg any of it

nuff said

and mister seventy 7, If there is any other tunes yo uhave or are playing without my concent i suggest you let me know NOW!

Its only polite to ask for permission before unleashing unreleased stuff on the world in yourmixes..... evenif you have been given the tune by the artist/label in question!

To play a tune ripped from somebody elses mix and pass it off like you actually own a copy is just bang out of order, and you are rightly peed off sir!

That's poor mate, why do people have to take the piss like that?

It's bad enough that people take of advantage of others in that way but it's equally as bad that genuine DJ's etc will miss out on the chance to play/use some great tunes.

Lynch mob anyone?
