I was wondering...if the european football clubs are the richest and the greatest,why they can't beat south american clubs like Sao Paulo FC,Santos FC(Brasil),Boca Juniors,River Plate(Argentina),and why is so hard to you(Europeans ) to say that we (South Americans) are THE BEST

I hate american football. Giving it the name football is a freiking travesty. "Soccer" (ugh shoot me now for saying such an ugly name for such a great sport) is so much better than american football. But all "soccer" is thought of here (USA) is some poon sport for little kids. But the rest of the world seems to get it right, why can't we adopt both football football AND the metric system?

If South american football is so good, why do nearly all the best S.amercian players play in Europe. Remember this, the richest clubs are the european clubs because more people pay to go and see them because they are the greatest in the world.
