Right peeps i got sum bad news!i got the flu pretty bad n im spose 2 b goin 2 energy on sat..so if n e of u kno n e good remedies n stuff tha actually work then post ere plz cos the doc's got no appointments till next thursday n theres no way im missin this 1

well if its the throw up flu then dont eat or drink anythink until u stop throwing up for awhile bout 3 to 4 hours, then u can drink fluids, and after the fluids are going well for awhile, later u can eat small things like saltine crackers, and soup.

if its the real flu then u cant actually cure it, ur body will get rid of it in 7 to 11 days on its own. GOOD LUCK

**** whatrever it is babes. the only remedy that i ever take is biting the bullet. if u wanna go out on this night out just bite the bullet go out and try and have a good time. pump urself up with loadsa flu tablets and shit before u go down there so u can at least have a few hours free of it.

go easy on the booze and u'll b able to do that the whole night and just keep urself stocked up on the old flu pills

aww sorry to hear that rhi. i hope you get better in time to go the rave.
well if u have the flu drink lots of fluids like water and fruit juices, um...get plenty of sleep and if you're like all achy and stuff, just take some
acetaminophen. that also helps if you have a headache. ooh! and do not drink alcohol, rhi! lol
doesn't it suck when something bad comes up right before an event or something?? don't worry about it rhi. there are plenty of raves in the future that you can attend when you're feeling better.
f*ck! i got this mosquito bite bump thing or something right on my eyelid and it's like distorting the shape of my eye! and guess what?...i'll be starting my first year in high school on monday!! crap! i'm already nervous as hell and now i have to worry about this thing!? why is god doing this to me!!? lol

^^ ...or put one between your little toes (have no idea what the 2 smallest toes are called, but little toes sound good enough :)) at night. But i think eating them is the best way, the alternatives are for people that dont want to eat them... not sure though...

it's different strains of Haemophilus in different locations; although I feel the stomach flu is worse than the 'real' flu.

and actually you're body can "cure" both of them by building up antibodies against the antigens on the bacteria. they will bind and the two combined will make it easier for your macrophages to find and engluf the bacteria.

hence the whole purpose of giving flu shots. they try and find what strain they feel will be the most prevalent and give people dead or weakend bacteria to fight against and build up antibodies. so if you actually do manage to come in contact with someone carrying the flu, hopefully it was one of those strains and your body already has built up antibodies for it.

awww thanx ppl! it ent the throw up flu its the banging head ache,bulgy eye,head spilt wen u cough,achey body stuffy nose flu

mum just got back from the shop wif sum extra strong paracetomol...lemsip

and a letter from this job i applied 4 sayin i got it so thats cheerd me up wkd

..and 4 stayin in bed..i cnt really sleep

i mean its 9:46am..usually i dnt wake up till early afternoon!lol...oh well thanx 4 caring guys,really means alot!but dnt worry i wont b missing energy even if i had tubes cummin out of me left right n centre n bandages head 2 toe
