I thought it was a good night, but i did think the Hardcore Arena was too small. To the people who attended, what did you think of the event, the venue and the music?

I thort the music was terrific' but did think the hardcore Arena should have been much larger than it was.

Was a quality rave and the best night i've had in ages no complaints from me. Definitely think bouncy hardcores taking over as the ravers choice from the trancey stuff which is the business cos everyone went nuts for all sy, seduction and brisks sets was some brilliant tunes i've not heard, got me right lookin forward to new releases. The gabber tune on the bells "state of emergency" was one of the highlights for me aswell memories a bit hazy but was all good. Raindance room was tremendous always love the atmosphere in their parties and cos it was new year think people were even more up for it than normal. Music was really relaxin and was good to kinda recharge the batteries before gettin the last couple hours stompin the hardcore room. Only went in the freeform bit for a few minutes but sounded good aswell and had quite a few heads in there. favourite set for me was seduction jus thought he played tune after tune and hardly any i'd heard before really really bouncy stuff at that. The Mc's all did a good show and was cool to here a few diff ones from the usual storm and whizzkid that are on practically every tape in last 2 years. Respect to everyone involved for makin such a quality night and the faces i met old and new. Special respect to raymo, chrissy g, weasel and rest of them that missioned all the way from scotland jus for the rave and all the laindon hardcore ravers and wee rob from stoke who were with me every step of the way and came back to mine for the mother of all afterparties. It's now finally over and time i recover but was well worth it. Also to sytronik off here although we didnt end up meetin was quite funny tryin to get hold of each other despite major loud volumes and shit reception will defo get a laff soon. Cant wait for the next event from skelter am defo there.

Venga familia!!!

Had a fkin good night considering!...Club culture travel let us down in Norwich making 6 of us wait until 9.00pm before giving up on the coach. All piled into my clapped out GTi and hossed down to MK. Got there for about 11.45 while Hixxy was doing his set and stayed in HTID arena nearly all night/morning. Had to go See Slipmat for the '95 up set tho!
Nothing bad to say about the event really. The HTID arena was a bit small though there are bigger clubs in Norwich and thas saying something! but the whole thing was well put together and we were all glad to make it there! Must just say the parking was peach! We pulled up at Homebase next door and just parked straight up and walked in.

Aye apparently some poor lad gubbed 2 grams of mdma which is the equivalent of around 25 pills then later died in hospital . Think cos people are quite new to the mdma crystals some folk forget how much they're actually taking and mibbe because theyre used to doing gram upon gram of coke they forget this is totally different kettle of fish. Is a horrible thing to happen though but it wont be the last time, people need to remember jus cos your havin a big night out doesnt mean you should batter your mind and body with superhuman amounts of drugs. R.I P to the raver and hope his friends and family can get on with things the best they can.

Venga familia!!!

Another good party at the new MK venue me and all my mates had a wicked night, have to agree that the hardcore room is too small though.

What a superb night. Our group reckoned the best NYE we've had EVER. Dougal gets my vote for best set. Seduction played a great one too. In fact there wasn't a bad set all night apart from Mark EGs (shock, horror!), but I think they were still fine tuning the sound system then...

Trouble it with these places is it was way to hot inside and given that we got there for the start and were standing around waiting for things to kick off, way too cold outside too!

Harsh to say it but I really don't care about the overdose deaths. Less to worry about, but it does p!ss me off about the stereo types it creates for the media's view of our scene. Fate: if you're stupid enough to take too many drugs, then I will kill you. 'Nuff said?
