i have had a few recent products sent to me from them that have been ruined through the shipping, ( a warped record, and a destroyed bonkers 13 cd)
so i was sondering if anyone knows a email i can contact them by?

i made an order there almost two weeks ago that isn't even here yet. i could have driven there and gotten it by now, they are only 3000 miles away.

I'm in the same boat, been over 2 weeks. sage may have been out of town for the holidays, I'm waiting for him to get back to me.
This guy is always on top of things so I hope this doesn't mean that something has happend.

I've had problems with both stores with getting my stuff but they've both resolved it. The real fact is, no one is the perfect shop. Each one will have something like that happen.

SAME HERE MANNNN, I ORDERED ON DEC 29ISH AND HAVENT GOTTEN ANYTHING AND THEY DONT ANSWER MY CALLS I FEEL BETTER THAT EVERYONE IS EXPERIENCING THIS ALSO.

i can understand when someone doesn't feel well, but i run a business too, and when we feel fine enough to cash the check, then we feel fine enough to provide the service. if you can't provide the service, then don't cash the check/debit. thats not good customer service. respect goes out to the shop, and the people that work there but there should come a time when maybe a phone call, or email would ease the minds of some. thats just me though, i'm just a business man.

If the record comes through busted in the post its most likely to be the postal services to blame, and not the shop. I've ordered from phusion before and the two vinyl records I ordered came through just fine, and I live in the UK so I can't exactly go pick them up....
I doubt any business would go out of their way to bust up the product you're paying for, contact them and i'm sure they'll find a way to resolve it.
