i ordered my last set of records from there like a month ago and it only took a day to come, but thats because im an hour from it

if you knew the kind of business sage runs then you would know that this is VERY unusual for him. if alex says he's been sick then he must have been really sick. i mean hell, this guy called me to see if I meant to double order a record (which i didn't) and let me change if out for another tune; and i'm on the other side of the country. most palces would have sent the order out as is.
besides, its not like you need the records. let the guys with some talent get their orders filled first.

If you have issues with phusion records I suggest you take it up with phusion records and not each other.

i just requested a refund, if he's so ill that records cannot be sent then that is all and well. but i did pay with my money, my money was withdrawn from my bank and into theirs, yet no product was recieved. thats not selfish, thats business.

I am now looking at a shipping box from Phusion. 23$ on the label. 6 records. It took THREE WEEKS to ship. I am now picking up a second shipping box. 8$ on the label. 1 week to ship.
What do we have in common on all the labels? US Postal Service.
I love Phusion, I reccomend them all the way, but if you order from them, and you use USPS, dont complain when you get damaged goods or a lousy ship time.
