Like This:

Because i got a Digital Camera For Chrimbo, and i have photoshop but i dont know exactly how to Degrade my pictures in a simulated analogue way.
It would be really cool to know how to do it for beach-party Raves, For Analogue effects.
But i cant do it because Consumer Digital Cameras are actually pretty bloody-high-quality.

yeah, probably just colour overlays at low opacity. try the film grain effect too, thats nice for creating analogue pics :)

hit ctrl+u and play about with the sliders. to get the pink strip down the right side make a seletion, add a slight feather and then hit ctrl+u. then make sure the colorize button is checked and play about with the sliders. The border I guess you'll be needing some "grunge brushes", and you can always spray a few on and change the blending mode to screen or color dodge or something, but use sparingly, and don't forget the opacity slider
