thats a load of crap, most of the americans ive met so far have been completly the opposite, either they apologise for the fact that i had to move here - or they treat me as an equal.
so far only one american has treated me with dis-respect

Exactly you get dicks everywhere americas a big place a lotta crackin people aswell. Suppose every place has stereotypes and there all half true but human natures the same everywhere.

and yes, there are qutet a few crackheads in america, more than I would like but arent they everywhere?

I've met tonnes of Americans over the years from my travels, and I can honestly say that not one of them has come over as thinking that they are better than the British, in fact most of them have been genuinely curious about what its like over here (although there were a few mis-educated people who thought I was Canadian :-S )
Americans are possibly one of the friendliest nations in the world, and yes there are a few idiots who tend to give America a bad name, but as a whole they're a top bunch of peeps....... who have a habit of drinking terrible coffee!!!!
