What do you think is the best year for Happy/Hardcore. I must say that for me it's been 2003/05. The way things are going, it would most likly be 2005. The style of hardcore out now is great. The producers have got a style of hardcore (Raver Baby Style For Me) that is taking the scene forward. I think in the next year, you will most likly getting it in to the mainstream dance scene but it will only be a matter of time before AATW Records release a full UK release of a Hardcore Tune!!!!!!!!

Its not good because hardcore used to be the music of all raves. Now stuff like raverbaby and hardcore heaven is comercialising it so raves dont do it any more.

Instead of paying a "pound for sound" like you do at raves. you have to pay stupid prices that slammin vinyl dictate like £50 for a day pass to go to the hardcore heaven weekender? f**k off.

I dont care if the conditions are nicer at comercial parties. i like meeting points and convoys to a remote place, i like helping set the rig up and listening to the first tune kick off and dancing through the night in the middle of a forest and getting totally muddy its phat.

watch hardcore turn into a massive money making business instead of a culture of people who adore music and will go to great lengths to enjoy it.

"its not what it used to be" SO TRUE

Agree with part of that...Bar the outdoor raves...only been to psy trance festivals for some strange reason.

Then again...people do need to make money...

I think hardcore is actually becoming more and more "accepted" now and so I agree that it will only be a matter of time until someone like Resist/AATW/Nukleuz release a hardcore track into the charts. There are a lot of people out there (and in here) that don't want to see the scene go "overground" but if you open your eyes a bit more and take a step backwards to look at the bigger picture, we're practically there already.

90,000 units in pre-orders alone?

Think about it.
