Today is a sad day 4 me. I lost my dad 7 years ago today as he died from an overdose. Am walkin around with a black cloud over my head. How do u get over somethin like that as time hasn't healed 4 me?

dont ignore it but dont dwell on it, do whatever comes naturally to u n deal with it how u can. i cant really think of nething to help cheer u up rite now apart from i fell over today, in the middle of the street, v embarassing but it seemed to get a laugh
