I've always found the latter half of Xylocaine's "Titration" to be more head splitting than most. There are also tracks from Nasenbluten, DOA, and DJ Tron coming to mind...

Most of the newer Dutch style hardcore doesn't even compare to the old style speedcore that was being pumped out during the mid 90's. At least in regards to speed, evil atmospherics, and that over all "mentally disturbed" vibe.
