Sorry if this is a bit of a downer bit i have jus lost one a mate from an E overdose i jus wondered if anyone else has had a similar experiance, i dont think there is anyone else i can talk to without breaking down, sorry.

I am sorry man, that is a very unfortunate thing to have happen. I can not tell you that I know how you feel, as I've never had that happen to me. Whatever you do, do not let your memory of your friend be clouded by the way that he/she passed, But remember the good times and let their memory stay fresh.
I myself have had close calls with drugs, where I almost died. I have been around people at parties that were alive one minute and then in a coma the next though. I used those bad moments to help me to become clean and party sober and safe. I will not preach for that is most likely the last thing that you would like to hear.

I know how ya feel m8! I lost my dad due to an overdose so i know wot ur goin thru and how u feel like breakin down. Its a sudden thing that happens and leaves u shell shocked and i know u must be walkin around so upset and if u need to chat or want to pm me feel free m8! Ur mate is now at peace and would want u to keep ur chin up just remember all the good times u had and am sure people on this website will be there for u.

i no how u feel m8 my cuzen died of the same thing comming on a year ago now , and i still aint got over it. he was only 21,
its a sad sad thing but the worst fing about it is that i still take em aswell when i go 2 a rave. (stupid really)

Cheers for the support guys, im feeling a lot better. I got abit trashed last night coz it was a mates 20th and i suppose i got i bit emotional and needed a release when i got home...

Sad to hear man I lost a mate last year to a mix of ket and acid that destroyed him it's a difficult thing to cope with hope you and his other friends and family all get through it ok.
