hiya.
i just joined this evening to get some help from you all. you see, it's my bf's 17th birthday on the 29th of june, and i'd love to get him a cd, but i know nothing about hardcore.
all i know is that he bought Bonkers 14 and Clubland Xtreme Hardcore recently (which I've copied :D), which he was pretty hyper about, and that he likes Hixxy and Scott Brown, etc. I don't think he likes Dougal and Sharky, though.
Umm, yeah, so I've been on amazon and found a few options - can you let me know which you think is best? I'm sorry if I seem a bit dumb when explaining all this but I really know nothing about hardcore (though i do love what i've heard). Oh yeah - he tends to like tracks with men singing, and is pretty obsessed with tracks like 'Rock you softly' and 'you're my angel' etc. :D

Hardcore Heaven (Feb 2005) (i kinda thought this would be better than H.N., just because the cover looks better - am i right?)

I bolded the ones i have and i love em all. if he likes Brisk...Get him Hardcore Heaven. Thats a 3 cd set.
The other three are only 2-cd sets.
The Hardcore Third Wave CD is Gabber. so if hes a scott brown gabber fan he should like this one.

or if by any chance you could hold out new CD hardcore Tunez 3 is due out 11 july. So it is new with alot of fresher tracks, but i may be a week too late

im going with mc bone on this one if not definitely the collection v.2 dont own it myself but had a good listen n definitely worth it

well i ended up ordering hardcore heaven a few days ago in a desperate bid to get it before his birthday. I might buy him hardcore tunez 3 anyway next month, just ta keep him happy :)
