alright all i just bought some decks cuz i wanna start dj'ing, there only cheap ones but can anyone tell me any tips on dj'ing.

Practice as much as possible mate. I got a tutorial book from amazon to get the basic idea and then just spent as much time as i could messing around on them. Practice dropping in the records and try your best to beat match them once they're in. It'll take a while but once you get it a few times you're away.
Anything specific then come back and post, there's loads of tallented DJ's on here who can answer you're questions............. and if they're busy there's always me!

the lower bpm music I started out with the less frustration i was when i started out. Never play in a hot room. Tension runs high on yourself when you do that. Get records that of the same record company at first. They usually have around the same bpm so it is easier to beat match them. Don't get frusturated and give up on it. It takes awhile to get ahold of, I just started also and it is extremely frusturating, but it is so much better when you beat match a song and the timing is spot on. Download some Dj mixes and listen to get some new ideas on how to mix. Don't know any sites to download mixes?

all i got told was there wer 4 beats in a bar and the choon usually changes every 32 beats. the rest ive picked up myself. i think this is the best way to learn (especially if u wanna get somewhere) cause u have ur own style which makes u stand out

Have you got any friends that dj? if yes ask them to mix with the crossfader in the middle so you can hear both decks at all times watch and listen to what they do that should help you get a better understanding of everything.

if you can read music it helps. I listen to classical when im driving and just listening to a lot of music helps teach you the structure of music. Most hardcore has relatively simple structure and once you hear a lot of tracks you'll figure out where to drop in the next tune and stuff. Also know your tracks like the back of your hand, not all songs change after 32 beats. play around with em and see what happens
