Have u ever embarrased yurself whilst on a karaoke. Am postin this cos when i was younger i was in a pub with my brother and i sang 'Mr Vain' thinkin i had done myself proud and when i finished nobody clapped. My brother was back at the bar sayin 'come here' with an extremly embarassing look on his face.
Another reason i posted this is because late last night in the local pub near to the house i was minding they had someone (singin) if u can call it that to all Abba stuff,Celine Dion and so on and i swear the dogs were howling round here and i swear the barman had it on full blast to p*** everyone of around here. It was pure torture!

I wouldnt call it embarasing but it was damn fun.
Me and the crew were all out at a restaurant celebrating a birthday. And they had a show room where there was a karaoke stage and dining tables in the crowd. Like a diner and a show. So of coarse we were all drunk (as well as the rest of the room), so my friend thought it would be fun to go up on stage and make a complete arse of themselves. So when no one would go up with him, i agreed. We went up and I had no idea what song was coming up.... so on comes "Its raining men"....
When the song started, a table of drunk women, who were also celebrating a birthday party, started cheering for us. They wanted to see a show.... And we couldnt disappoint. So when the chorus started "ITS RAINING MEN!" We threw off our jackets and threw it in the crowd, and started dancing and singing (remember we are heavily drunk). By this time all the women were at the base of the stage, dancing, singing, and shoving dollar bills down our pants XD.
It was a good time...

My most embarrasing moment was in a miners club a bit drunk, dancing round the stage, being egged on to "whip me kegs off" bya bunch of drunken miner type girls. I promptly did so, and fell off the stage as my jeans were round my ankles
good job nobody I knew saw me

My old local used to do karaoke every friday night, my tune was "like a rolling stone" by bob dylon and to be honest everyone else ended up singin that loud i couldnt harldy be heard to get embarrased . Quality tune anyway.
One thing we always used to do though was when the sheet came round we'd put down a random mates name to sing Y.M.C.A, a lotta the boys (including myself) would be far too embarrased to get up and sing it so jus sat down in a huff.
But fair play to my mate jon i'l always remember the time his name got called up and without even knowin he was up he got up and done the full song, dance and everythin like the legend he is. A lot more amusin than the rest of us who'd sit like " f**k off i didnae put my name down for that" and sit all shy and quiet.
Quality days i'l never forget
