I think i know where UKr4veR is goin' with this one.
I reckon that people in today's society only know of happy hardcore, mainly because it was a massively popular music type back in the mid 90's.
Now if you would go and ask your average Joe Bloggs 'Do you listen to hardcore?'
they would probably reply 'What, happy hardcore?'

Sy, Unknown, Seduction and even Dougal & Gammer are still making 'Happy' Hardcore tunes.

It lacks tradiction old skool beats (kicks breaks ect) which makes it sound like happy hosue on fast forwards. Been listening to Bonkers 2 today and the beats in those tracks are real hardcore beats, not club beats

why cant you seem to grasp the fact that things change they might be called the same thing but they change
does pop sound the same as 10 years ago no or indie or rock or any other music genre on the face of the planet save classical!!!!
