I always love the look and feel with vinyl and my decks but as money is getting tighter for me the addition of atleast 1 cdj is getting to me. So I am saving up for a cdj 800. I think CDJs are the best thing since vinyl is only getting pricer and I believe in 4 years all music will be out on half cd, half vinyl. Because as of now there is very few tracks(compared to vinyl) that are up for mp3 download, but that is changing rapidly. But with the digital age anything is possible. You basically have 3 options for working with digital.
1. Buy a CDJ
2. Buy Final Sratch 2, it is a program and adapter that you can hook up to your tables and you can play Mp3s and the record spins as well. (Saw a DJ with this, it was wicked, but it costs about the same as a decent CDJ $500, plus you need a laptop. But no more lugging cds around.)
3. Buy A CDJ and Buy the adapter that hooks up to your tables so it will spin and play like a vinyl. But this option kind of sucks since there is Vinyl Emulation on the higher end CDJs now. That is really for the extreme Vinyl users that switch to CDJ.
EDIT: I just saw a video for Final Scratch 2 and all I have to say is wow!. Makes me rethink getting CDJs and just getting this. BUt as with everything it has it's flaws.

Kryptic: You think 32 records could beat up Virus's record collection?
Syphon: Sorry I wasn't paying attention since there was not enough intelligence in the question.
Kryptic: I'll take that as a No.
