Seriously, lots of great HHC in the 90's were from Holland. My fave group was Music Instructor and their hit Hymn, dopest song ever.
I'm sure I'm not the only one that has heard of them :)

I share knightmare's opinion here...especially the crappy food 'hutspot':
mashed potatoes with carrots and onions and a rookworst on the side..
and if we remember correctly they were some gd dutch producers in the scene, but lets face it, the majority just dont get a clue what it is and they just ruined it...so i just hope that it never ever again becomes popular in the neth where they **** it up again and we have to wait have a decade again to hear hardcore...
pass that dutch, lol
