If they liked the original track so much, then why wouldn't they respect the artist (Scott Brown in this case) enough to obtain his permission to use the track beforehand?

Doesn't sound that bad in comparison to some of the commerical dance versions of hardcore tunes that have been released

fair play, those are completly weak. i can see why scott brown didnt want those to be released. if someone showed me that, i would just have to laugh. i know it is harsh, but its true. i supose it wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt a rip off from a legendary tune (probobly one of my scottbrown favorites)

who ever made needs to reconsider alot of things. for a start, dont reck over peoples tunes.

LMAO! They can't go around doing that, this is a blatant rip, no denying can be done at all! Sometimes it's possible for people to make the same melodies but to have the lyrics almost the same is just taking the piss lol!

Although it has to be said... it's not like blatant ripping doesn't go on in the Hardcore scene but I really don't think an absolute banger of a tune like that should have been ripped off then be literally ripped to shreds
