One thing that gets me is why the British don't have a national day where they go out to celebrate their national identity and get hammered.
The Americans have Independence day
The Irish have St.Pat's
The French have Basteile Day
The Scot's have payday......

No, i cant actually say im proud of "my" country, i was born here, i live here, but i have yet to see much of england. Always been down here in Buckinghamshire. Furthest north i have ever been was manchester and that was for 7 days with my brother.
I hate patriotism, its dangerous. Okay love your country by all means, but dont get obsessed.
Theres alot more beautiful countries in the world.

The last picture may have given a false impression of
the wonders and beauty of 'Home',
This is a short-cut from the station and a good place to
get mugged, beaten shitless, murdered and much worse,
especially on a Friday or Saturday night.
Even the chavs stay clear....
