rite every friday, saturday and sunday nights most popular djs wud play all three nights even up to three venues a night even in some cases and you are looking at £250 per hour now u add it up..
as for breeze hixxy and styles the sales from clubland xtreme hardcore 1 and 2 where excellent both compilations at number 1 but three djs and the record company aatw all have to cash in on that..
i play gigs at the weekend and i work in a music shop full time during the week....im not rich..lol

wanna make serious money from djing and producing?
hardcore isnt for you ..
take the likes of tiesto/ pvd / armin ... your talking anywhere between £14,000 to £30,000 a set, altho there were rumours tiesto got £100,000 for a set in greece! plus take into the account that they are producing as well and trance/tech trance etc has a big following ... then your more than comfortable ..
for a hardcore dj your talking between paying travelling expenses to about a grand? (rough estimate!!) i know the likes of Chris.E.Manic Uplift Scott Devotion juggle a 9-5 job, djing and producing to live comfortablely
i personally charge £40 + travel ... so i think i'm pretty affordable ... plus i give my all in my sets and dont just churn out the same set for 6 months and the usual ******** you get from certain big name dj's ....

Yes as long as you pay that's all that matters, you would need equipment set up obviously. I remember sharkey saying in a interview he was hired to play a house party before.

He gets £99.95.
Cunney - Doubt there going to haul there stuff over but they might do for extra money... A set of decent sized speakers, amps, records, decks and a mixer is not easy to get in a car :P The bigger the DJ the less likely they are to do it I'd say.
None of your friends mix!?!?!? Not many of my friends don't have a set of decks.
