Are tunes better now, then they was 10 years ago?
Most the tunes that are out are remix's of those 10 years ago but what do we perfur, do we still like are orignal tunes that no on else has heard or do we perfur tunes we have heard before but with a diffrent mix to it?

i depends on peoples taste tho really... i mean personally the old stuff was WAYYY MORE TALENTED!!!! plus you had "scrathing" in mixs... the mixs used to make you sit back and go... WOW!!!
it was all good back in the day all trow the "happy hardcore" phase... not just that it was all underground and not alot of people liked it... they would call it "chessecore" and stuff like that... and since hardcore has changed... this is the only reason hardcore is more populer these days (in my opin)
I think its only right that people get into hardcore and listen to the old stuff aswell... never forget ya roots... the old stuff really did KICK ASS MAN!!!
and to most people its classed as "real hardcore"
I'd recommend "origanal hardcore" to you (i stated it in the last post just a few mins ago called "first cd you listen to" or something lol)

I like stuff from 10 years ago and I like stuff from now... I don't have a favourite. I don't really see why people need to face old and new off against each other.

Here we go again. Hardcore was better ten years ago as it was so much faster and the beats were harder IMO
I didn't listen to it then though as I only got into it all 2 years ago but I like the older stuff. Ther4e is good Hardcore out these days like Freeform and the new 'Acid' sound and some good stuff on Next Gen but on the whole Hardcore was better then as it was 'original' IMO

Here we go again indeed.....
Can i just say, i have 100's of 95-98 vinyls that i havent touched for months and i'm in no particular rush to get them out again - in fact, i'm tempted to sell the lot!
Bored with them - same as anybody would be after hearing them for 10 years or more!
BUT!
I reckon i'll get bored of the majority of the newer stuff a lot sooner!
So to sum up.......chuff knows! :P

i dont think they're better - i would say they're differnt, but not better exactly, i dont think you can reallly compare them.
i prefer older to new though, though i do like new....
