variation is the spice of life. you get bored of stuff that they do on a routine daily basis. i don't listen to it that much anymore, listening to 80's pop and old skool hip hop/rap & other varieties pretty much all the time now.

cos your tastes have changed a different way to the way hardcores gone.
i like some stuff but have to say am not that keen on uk hardcore anymore, love the classics from when i was younger but somewhere along the lines my tastes went a different direction to most the rave scene over here.
still is loadsa good stuff coming out though, variety of different hardcores why i always like it. I might go off cheese or freeform or whatever for a while, but can listen to my bouncy techno and gabber then when im bored of that go for the old breaks etc etc etc etc.
Enjoy the change fishy mate, dnb and jungle is dam good music and i must admit i could do with learning a bit more about it myself.

u know what? ive actually have a different problem than all of yous
i tend to evolve to faster music for some reason. i can barely enjoy the music on a slow rate. strange it is.
alek's music dont sound right when its slow (original speed)
"Eclipse - Things You Do" just doesnt sound right.

not 100% sure of this but most new dnb sounds faster than hardcore to me, i like music at all speeds from chilled reggae through to savage splittercore
draw the line at ultratone though, thats just shit

I seem to be getting more and more into hardcore lately. I think it's a bit of an obsession, as a dream last night convinced me.
I dreamt I went out to a club, paid my money to get in, walked in. And there's nothing. Just a classroom. I'm wondering what the hells going on, then Sharkey walks in, and teaches everyone a lesson in Hardcore.

I've had a break from hardcore genres all the time, sometimes I like d&b sometimes breaks, happy, gabber... just however I feel, but i really do not like slow music, so I stick to this style of music
Liking the dream muha :) I dreamed I drank about 50 pints of water the other nite, wierd :S
