Hi there. I was wondering how to get copyright to this tune, and how do i get thealton towers tune, and what is remixed in to it. I tried mailing ahppy hardcore- but they are useless!

Eh... What exactly are you asking here? Are you wanting to do a licenced remix of the Alton Towers theme? If so then contacting Alton Towers would be a good place to start. I don't think they will let you use it though TBH.
You said you tried contacting happy hardcore? As in this site? They certainly wouldn't have anything to do with copyrights to the Alton Towers theme.

Could well be... Someone at Alton Towers will know in any case as they must of had it OK'ed for their advert. Good luck speaking to the right person there though.

lol yeh more than likly off one but i got sent it by someone off msn, no idea why i never deleted it lol
i will admit to using p2p though :P anything ive bought on vinyl i download so i have a hard copy

That would depend on silvers opinion on the track real. If he hated it, i dobut he would take it as a compliment.

WINDOWS\media\hall of the mountain king.mid or something like that lol was a long time go i was running 95

You don't need permission to reproduce it (ie play the tune yourself) but you do need permission to use pretty much any recording of it, and also any performance of it (ie a midi file) unlessit categorically states that it is royalty free.

i always thought there was some rule along the lines of once a peice of music is over 100 years (or something) old then it becomes public domain or something like this.
i wonder WHO got paid royalties when K-complex did adaggio.. or even mr corsten on that matter.
anyone know any sources for info on this? im curious
