Ha ha your all gonna think i'm some lil kid when i tell you my age, but you might also be amazed @ how much i know about hardcore!!!
well i got into hhc when i was 13, went to my first party when i was 14, and now i'm 15, and packed full of facts and the abilaty to spin, and pramote (well i will throw my first party in the summer).
My god how long have those mice been living your back fat?!?!?!

My first experience of Happy Hardcore was Happy 2b Hardcore cd by Anabolic Frolic way back in 1996?

I am fourteen. Is there something wrong with me? Everyone else is either much older than me, or younger, but they swear too much. And, despite the stereotypes that commonly go hand in hand with a dislike of vulgar language, I am an atheist. I have never been to a rave (I wish I could). I got into this kind of music when I was thirteen. Can someone please tell me the exact definition of Happy Hardcore?

there's a point,the exact definition?
i'd say top quality dance music that's between 160-180 beats per minute
others will add to this with their definitions

i think the beauty of hardcore is that there is no certain way to define it. It's all sorts of things. There's melodies and vocals and it's just beautiful. Probably most of the reason for that is because it isn't commercialized as must as, say, house. You've got things coming Next Gen to KFA to SSU to Raver Baby and they are all happy hardcore but they are all soo completely different sounding. To put constraints and definitions on something makes a limit, and hardcore has no bounds ;)
