As most of you know i posted about a job interveiw late last week. Well waited and waited and finally today got a letter sayingi regret to inform you, that after carfull consideration on this occasion you have been unseccessful.
and to top it all off im up in court for something i didnt do  just insnt my week actually i dont think its going to be my month.

Did it not say why you hadnt been sucessful?
It must of been a real downer for you to be knocked back!

What job were you looking for again?
How comes your in court if you dont mind me asking?

It's only 1 interview - you'll be better prepared for the next one and the experience won't do you any harm.
On the plus side - if you're in jail you won't have to worry about going to any more interviews!!! :P

Don't let that get you down it's not unusual to go to loads of interviews before landing a job these days. You'll find something good eventually just be sure to apply for everything that fits the bill :)
Tuff luck about court, I'd like to say the UK justice system is fair but... Good luck with it though.

About the job don't worry about it, its very rare to get a job on your first interview, just keep applying and you'll get on soon!!
About court, hey i've been there, one of the judges that sentenced me looked like a child molester yet i was the one getting punished!
All joking aside i hope everything works out alright

Firstly, best of luck with the court case...
Secondly, With reguards to the job interview...I wouldn't loose any sleep over it. What I used to do would be to walk into every shop on the street asking for work...never used the job centre.
However, I've been very lucky...I've only had 3 interviews, one for a shoe shop - didn't get it, the other was for an electrical store...got it, the other was in a hotel in liverpool (Only got it because I went in every day for w week to see how there decision was going) 
Since then, I've had a job working in a nightclub, getting promoted before leaving after a year and a half, and i'm now in the process of being a manager/ licencee of a pub.
'Failing' one interview is nothing to worry about, Like mentioned before...the experience is crucial and invaluable.
Thirdly, I'd like to apologise for this rant, I really don't know what came over me.

court is 4 assault ! already on final warinin tho so prob just get a fine or sumethinng shitty like that aint really arsed just abit pisst off that i didnt do it!!
****** hate the uk justice system! dun gbh cuple munfs go and got let off now an assault charge n im being ***** 4 it ... mmm doesnt make sence 2 me like, recon i shuold behave my slef now tho lolxx

I'm expecting one of those "we regret to inform you" letters/calls next week.
Had an interview for an IS Administrator/Technician today and all was going swimmingly - interviewer ranting on and me nodding and smiling contently. I had already asked loads of questions about the job/environment but once she had finished ranting she put me on the spot and told me to ask another question.
I came out with "Is there a lot of people move on from this job to other IT roles once their contract is over?"
She replied with another rant then asked for another question.
"You mentioned before how an employeee had come in and only worked for 3 weeks then left to go to a bigger company, does this happen a lot?"
Then I got a rant and got the distinct impression she thought I was only looking for something to tide me over.
"No, no, I hope you dont get the impression I am that type of employee. If I have a job to do I stay and get it done"
Then she replied "No, I wasn't implying that, I was just trying to answer your question".
From that I gathered I had ****ed up the interview, creating a negative vibe when I should have been more positive, but what else could I say at that point? I had to correct her just in case that was what she thought. It seems I dug my own hole then threw myself into it.
Im gutted though as this job pays 24K a year, which is 9K more than I said I wanted, and the job itself is perfect for me (I did say that about 10 times in the interview).

wey least you've got a job. Im 16 and all i do is sit around the house and maybe clean if i can be assesd. i have even applyed 4 mcdonalds!! now that is low!! applied for all types of jobs, since being in a expelled unit didnt get all my excepted grades and ont want to go into further education even tho that is something im condiserding now. be something wer i can wear a pink overall -- {[ painter ]} -- hehe.
