I sampled the songs for HN 3 and Seduction's mix was awsome, Stu Allan...too many male vocals for my taste, not many songs stuck out to me, and i didnt have a chance to sample Robbie Long's mix, but I will get to that later. But c'mon Stu Allan, I was expecting a cheesey bouncey mix from you.

i just got the hardcore nation 3 ep2 sample vinyl. nice tunes. impact and resist runaway, mauro picotto lizard robbie long and storm trooper remix bk pos51 robbie long and stormtooper remix and audioscape and sparky whos sorry.

Hardcore Nation 3 is awesome. Best CD compilation I have heard in a very very very long time. Well worth the buy, and I havent bothered with Stu Allen's cd. Robbie long and seduction FTW!

I started off liking it after the first few tracks... i fort... oh ok... this ent bad!
but then i got to the 5th track
then the 8th
and i suddenly notised!!!
that there was not one single change of "style"
yep... once again... same thing over... and over... and over!!!
I've scan trow about 75% of the tracks...
and almost EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! HAS THE SAME SYTH!!!!
what does that say about hardcore ay?
i mean just listen to...
The Prodigy - "Voodoo People" (Pendulum remix)
and you start to think... "wtf is going here!!!"
how out of place does this tune feel!
i think it was just slaped in there to grab certain peoples attenction and bring them into hardcore! kinda like draging people into folling trends!
but after all that... hey, i gotta feeling this ones gonna grow on me!!!
as for rating so far... i already know its coming NOWHERE NEAR beating hardcore heaven 3!!!(still blasting that today!!!)
but i'll be sure to give it a fair hering!

Pendulum are not hardcore, they are a drum and bass act from Australia specializing in techstep and their own style, I really can't understand why Robbie Long put that on there!?!?
