One thing I have noticed is that the MC's that are used in tracks (Like MC Storm), they have the European Accent. But the girls never do. I have never heard the female singers used for Hardcore tracks sing with a European accent. Why is that?

Probably because there's a big difference between talking and singing!

With MC's, you get more of their 'real' voice - it is just glorified speaking after all!

Singing is a totally different proposition. I have a heavy Northern English accent when i speak, but if i sing i sound totally different - almost normal in fact!

I've never heard anyone sing with a European accent its always English even from America unless its country and western and then its sounds Irish! but isn't it weird how anyone from any country in the world sings a song they always sound like they were from a public school from Oxford!
