obviously talented mixing skills and the right tunes in the right order if its to be an 'amazing set'?

Id say the key to an amazing set is playing whatever you enjoy. It doesnt sound right when the person dj'ing or whatever doesn't like the music hes spinning. Just my 2 cents

when im just even in my bedroom slaming the tunes on i get so carried away with the tunes that i just let them play all the way through. i mean 2 practise, but i end up revisiting my selection of bangin tunes. the good thing is tho, when i do the mixes, i make sure its nice and loud, i slam class tunes on and keep it in a fairly progressive mood.
i think as long as you can get people to constantly nod their heads and love the stuff ur puttin on, u got a good set. i supose it just depends what audience you are trying to reach
