recently "chavs" have been claiming they listen to hardcore when they have dj cammy and rankin playing surely when people like this grow up they will play there music and have it in there heads that this is hardcore. i hope it doesnt happen but i havnt seen any young hardcore dj's aswell, might it be a time bomb waiting to happen?

True, its unfortunate but imminent..
DJ rankin really is talentless.
along with cammy, although there does need to be a few more younger dj's, as hixxy and the like are gonna be 6 feet under unfortunately soon ( he isnt that old... 35 is it??) anyway... please bring some new talent to the scene.

Hardcore won't die, but it would bring back the Hard kicks and breaks but would feture new 'Acid' sounds and would be lead by the likes of Robbie Long, Stormtrooper, Deverstate, Seduction, Sharkey, Marc Smith, AC Slater, Oli G and who ever else follows the path...

Oh, and Nu Foundation...

Upfront Hardcore would become like 'dance' music, and Rankin and Cammy would end up getting their own albums sold cheap at Cost Cutter for all the local chavs...

I've decided not to dignify this thread with a serious coment, so instead:

Some men hunt for sport,
Others hunt for food,
The only thing I'm hunting for,
Is an outfit that looks good...

See my vest, see my vest,
Made from real gorilla chest,
Feel this sweater, there's no better,
Than authentic Irish setter.

See this hat, 'twas my cat,
My evening wear - vampire bat,
These white slippers are albino
African endangered rhino.

Grizzly bear underwear,
Turtles' necks, I've got my share,
Beret of poodle, on my noodle
It shall rest,

Try my red robin suit,
It comes one breast or two,
See my vest, see my vest,
See my vest.

Like my loafers? Former gophers -
It was that or skin my chauffeurs,
But a greyhound fur tuxedo
Would be best,

So let's prepare these dogs,
Kill two for matching clogs,
See my vest, see my vest,
Oh please, won't you see my vest

hahaha! I want to go kill puppies now =P

but back on topic, there are people like rankin over here stateside (2 that I know of in Indiana) who think that just speeding up something slapping some poorly stretched samples over it and calling it theirs (or not changing anything at all) will make them popular...yes it does make them popular but to 1) stupid people & 2) the wrong reasons to be popular.

there will always be people like this and you can only hope they'll wise up when they get called out for doing crap like this...it doesn't help to make threads on boards they won't read saying how shit they are...go to the events they play at and call them out on it.

use intelligence, but I guess if that fails use ignorance & brute strength
