My local shop sells hardcore at a very cheap £7.49 per record. Robbing ****s.
IMO are good, www.hardervinyl.com is ok for older stuff, www.happyhardcore.com shop is good, HMV are the cheapest retailer around so i dont know where you get your tunes from!!
4.99 for a vinyl is shit cheap.

you have ****ed me right off, again! from now on ill not be using it unless its a tune that no-where else stocks!
Why did you order records on Wednesday and expect them to get them before if it clearly says FRIDAY or MONDAY SHIPPING? You obviously read this as you have put ‘allowed to send them out for another 5 days’ IMO Send all tracks out on the day that it states. Why didn’t you spend your money some where else or can you not read what the shipping details said?
I used to work at IMO and all records listed are in stock. Sometimes when records get down to the last few copies and a damaged one is found then we many not have stock for 1 or 2 days while we re order it. This happens in every shop.
The fact that you have come on a forum and slated them off rather than contact them makes you the tosser. Pick up the phone, send an email. Joker
Running record shops in this small scene is hard enough without people like you. I will forward IMO this link now which is what you should have done in the first place.
Oh and by the way, Happy Hardcore’s stock and emails are all done by IMO.

I said what side was it on cos i only needed it for one side, he started proper ********tin and wouldnt say what side it was on and he couldnt sell it.
Got my money back and all that but still cant be doin with all that shit, why not just say he doesnt have it so aye is much better stores about.
What are you people like.
Have you ever been to IMO?
The people that answer in the phone are in a different place to where the shop and orders are picked so they would not even know which side.
IMO are the most efficient shop there is and that’s why they have been voted shop of the year for the past 3 years. If they weren’t efficient, they would have gone bust like all the other shops. Since I left IMO just over a year ago, they have had nearly a full staff turnaround, but you would not know that as your too busy slagging on here. Wake up mate. I bet you got your money back straight away. So whats the problem?
Jason spinback who runs IMO is a good friend of mine and he has put the last 10 years into IMO and any problems, you should call up and ask for him as he gets everything done and will sort stuff out if he has to do it himself.
Just a point before you start slagging again mate

It didnt say that it was friday or monday shipping, they were the same as any other item on the site, hence the reason why i was pissed off when they never arrived

the reason i say that is because ive been told that imo get the records in the shop a few days before the release date but they cant actually sell them. do you really think id come on here and rant about crap service if it told me that i wouldnt get them for a week

fair enough, there are always issues now and again i can appreciate that, but i have had no phone call or email to tell me that one of the items was out of stock or damaged. if that is the case then i would of appreciated a phone call to say that the item was out of stock and it was going tp hold up the order, then i have the option of saying i really want the records i ordered and im not prepared to wait till next week for the sake of one record so take it off my order and ill buy it next time

the reason i came on here is because i got no reply to my email i sent to imo + i wanted to make people aware of what happened to me, maybe it will make imo pull the fingers out and get things sorted?! if i recieved a shit service i have the right to tell other people, i certainly aint gonna be loyal to a company that **** me about

No i've never been to imo was talkin about the store online, cant be arsed trekkin to surrey when i probably wouldnt want much anyway.

Well i didnt no that and never got told that of anyone at the time so i felt pissed off.

Couldnt give a f*ck about any awards i was talkin about orders i placed, nothin to do with however many satisfied customers or random voters.

I said i got my money back in my first post, jus pissed off when you find a vinyl you want and get a confirmed buy to say your not gettin it.
Got the tune later anyway so no real problem, jus not had problems like that from other places.
Had worse problems from htfr and i dont pretend it never happened from them either.

I'll be honest i shouldnt have put it up here but i did. If people think its out of order fair play, but i replied to somethin said wasnt a personal attack on anyone.
Anyway mate hows life been down under? Dunno if you remember me but im the scottish guy from party round uplifts before you were about to leave.
Hope alls good, catch ya later

Some HMV stores sell selected hardcore in them.
Why would you wanna buy Hardcore vinyl from HMV?
Your local or online record shop will usually sell Hardcore for about £1 less than HMV...
To be honest i was just answering XenatRs question!

I thought IMO records was in wimbledon (is that technically surrey)? northern line should do it!
Incidentally, I've spent 100s of pounds on imorecords.com over the years and never had any probs, so it's not all bad news...

Dont use HTFR. Over priced and shockingly bootytastic.
You should be able to pick up the stylus from westend dj which is in one of the big stores in the bull ring. Cant remember which though

I think I looked at their website once and just laughed at the prices they wanted for some stuff...
would love to be able to go to a store like IMO and ask for hardcore (and not get laughed at). could probably spend a week in the store looking through dnb & hardcore
