He means that nobody stocks hardcore where he lives and gets laughed at when he asks.

It was fairly obvious really. (Well it was to me)

Heaven would be walking into my local record shop and asking:

"You guys stock hardcore?"

Then hearding:

"UK, freeform, gabber, or oldskool?"

*blank stare, proceeds to cream in pants*

My Hell:

walking in to a record store to see NeXuS staring vacantly at the guy behind the counter with a damp patch in his pants

I once went into a local record store (one of the 3 that existed in my city at the time...now there are literally ZERO that stock electronica)

I asked if they carried or could order in freeform

The guy said "what the **** is that???"

I explained...

He laughed.

I asked...Do you carry *ANY* hardcore?

He goes "wtf are you talking about...we have hard stuff like house and drum and bass but I dunno what hardcore is..."

That's when I started ordering my records online...Meaning I got every single one of my records through mail order or ebay or private sales (actually...I got one special ordered through a local shop...but that's one out of hundreds)

Basically... I'm thankful IMOrecords, Choicerecords, Nuenergy, etc. all exist :)
