it sounds like the stuff you listen to when you're 3
and learning to count or at least that what all my euro rave cds are like

Where exactly is here? You do realise that most of Hardcore is from european countries? If you are talking about the Arcade's Happy Hardcore/Happy Rave compilations then yes, i have heard them. Have many of those in my shelve actually, and their awesome.

All of my rave cd's that I bought in Brussels are like ABC in dutch, with a hrdcre beat, and they're shit, but maybe if you name a couple I can check em out. And when I said 'here' I meant Europe in general

AFAIK, there is no Belgian Rave, i think you are talking about Dutch Happy Hardcore? I already named the most popular compilation series of that style.
