What an absolute tosser, if the artists from 1995 that you like so much were gay would you not listen to them.
A few points
1. Im not really into freeform although I think Sharkey's mixes are still excellent and he's been in the scene for years and like someone said has brought some talent through, it must be a great feeling if you've grown up liking his music and he chooses your track for a bonkers cd.
2. i really like the raverbaby sound, altho i can see why some people dont like it i think the tunes from around 2002 were better notably breeze and styles tunes like sonic, total xtc, oxygen etc.
3. scott browns tunes i think have improved since he had that bit of a lull, what ya gonna do and life as we know it were great.
4. I think the popularity of "popcore" has inspired people to go out and make different types of hardcore, if it wasnt becoming more popular and commercial i dont think there would be a big enough audience to be able to make the hardcore underground compilation or hear DJ Kurt/Stormtrooper etc.
