You know this is going to be a bit of a rant and probably get me a ban but hey s*it happens!
So yesterday in another thread someone mentioned the wrong spelling of "technohead" so in jest the reply i left was it is named like that on P2P!
So cause i done that i get a PM and my post gets deleted! Man thats just pathetic, i did not tell him go use p2p if anything i would have said it more a sly dig at the person concerned!
At no stage did i ever say use p2p or that i think that it is ok but to take the Ostrich approch is just sad, mention p2p i will delete posts! GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE SAND! This is 2007 there is nothing you can do people will mention, it is a common occurance! Deal with it!
You know what make it even better, the last thread i posted i was asking for helping finding sites selling uncompressed music files (yes things you pay for) how many people came running to help? Where was the man that so quick to reply if there is a mention of p2p?
Thats correct 1 person replied that about as pathetic as your views on mentioning p2p
Anyway go for hit me with a ban delete this post i really do not care, with the narrow minded views on here and limted topics you will allow discussion on it probably is more enjoyable for me to actually do my work rather than browse the web
ps just for the record, i do not use p2p

Site is far too moderated think thats why it's pretty quiet on here compared to similar forums.
Suppose they can run the site how they like but thats well over the top, why cant you even mention filesharing.
I put up a few sets a while back musta been at least 10 years old and from tape packs anyway, had the thread deleted and didnt even get a reply or a pm telling me why. Even when i made a thread asking what happened nobody admitted it was them who deleted it.

Compared to some sites the moderation here sometimes can be very lax and personally would like to more moderation of the forums. It does not help when some of the mods hardly use the site.
The tape rip issue imo was silly. The tapes were illegal in the first place so sharing them is no different if anything its better because you're not selling them.
The site rules need to very "black and white" or you end up with confusion about what is allowed and what isnt. I also believe the site rules could do with being pinned at the top of each sub forum so people can read them or be directed to them if they make a post which breaks the site rules.
Swearing must be the strangest thing on this site. The word filter is set so some words are not allowed but some are. If swearing is wanted on the site then why are post which contain swearing not edited or suspensions hand out to people who swear.
Personally i would like to see the word filter including txt speak because that is hard enough for someone with English as their first language to read let alone some of the Finnish and Japanese user that we have.

If that is the case then no disrespect intended but i am sorry to say then your understanding of the english language is not that good!
The previous posts were about the correct spelling of the name my post was a light hearted comment. There were saying "technoheadz" my reply (MAYBE IT WAS CALLED THAT ON P2P) was meaning that maybe it is called that on p2p! Nothing more! It is beyond me how from that 1 sentence you could draw conclusion such as that i am telling him to use p2p
I would take that as i sly dig at the person who had stated technohead with a z at the end as IMO it is a well known fact that the id3 tags on illegal downloads are not normally correct
Basically i am done with this!
If you are going to delete post and send pms telling people what to do maybe it would be better if you had a basic grasp of the english language, i understand this is your forum but come on man you know i talk sense!

First, next time you might want to give a better subject name, just adding file names isnt the best possible. People tend to skip posts that they dont know an answer to, its very rare that stores would sell other then regular mp3's. Plus id believe most in this site still get their music in the physical format, like me. But its great that theres now a name for all us people that dont buy music in digital format, c*nts, kind of has a nice ring to it.

Nobody's attacking you, and if you consider a moderator or admin of a forum deleting posts because they need to follow forum rules and they believe something to be wrong (whether or not they are correct) to be an attack then you really need slow down and realize that we're a generally friendly place here.

While i might agree with some of your issues regarding moderation of the site Fonz, you acting like a tool isn't going to help is it?
