i agree with gammer and darwin in that area.. i was really amazed by darwin, id actually rate him higher than gammer.. im not really sure if i agree with you on styles 100%, i think there is better.. no doubt is he talented, but maybe not the most (in my opinion)..

Cube::Hard and Darwin have both really stepped it up in the last year. Their first stuff was "eh" but now it's all massive.
CLSM/Jon Doe has been consistent throughout his whole career.
Luna-C should also get a good mention.
A handful of producers aren't doing anything new with hardcore, and that's when it starts to die off. Producers like who I stated above are always cutting edge. In my opinion, these guys are saving hardcore.

i think darwin & styles are prehaps the best songwriters in hardcore. you could say their music is a lot more song like than any other producers.
Brisk is up their purley for his awesome DJ'ing skills. His productions are not anything particularly special, but they are consistnent.
everything else i want to say has already been said bt other people re Gammer, CLSM etc

thats true, i actually might also nominate ham.. his engineering capabilities are excellent, and luna c rates him very highly.. dont really rate brisk highly as a producer, but great dj skills.
