6:00, 8:00 or 9:30 depends when i start at work...
And much alter in the weekends like 14:00 .lol

I sleep very little, so going to bed at like 4am and up at 6am is a regular thing for me. Tend to sometimes have a nap in the day, as around 3pm i feel a little tired... *yawns*

Im usually up by 8, shower & dress by 8:30
Then food, tv, coffee, whatever by 8:45 and im out the door to get to work by 9. Usually 5-10 minutes late too hah.

Mon-Fri get woken up by Mortis's alarm 6.30am then he goes back to sleep and wakes at 7am when his alarm goes of again!
Get kids up and ready for school then Mortis leaves for work 7.45am and i leave the house at 8.40am to take youngest lad to school.

i work nites so i sleep till 2pm then start work at 9pm - 7am..
except this wk, up at 8am, workin 11am - 9pm and its killin me... cant do early mornins, arghhhhh!!!
