Have yourselves a great weekend,

Well if that was really Paul, im genuinely shocked.

Why the hell would you feel the need to apologise though ? If people dont like it, **** em. You've made more tracks than most on here have had hot dinners. You've been around since day one, and stayed loyal to your roots. Like you said the reaction on the dancefloor is where its at, always has been. Eyeopener is a classic track, and now you've brought back a classic to the new members of the hardcore scene. Regardless of if I liked it or not, its irrelavent, you do what you've always done, DJ'd and Produced hardcore, and for that, you get unlimited respect from me and no doubt, a hell of a lot of others.

PS when ya doing another b2b set with Slippers ? lol Id give various body limbs to see another set from you two.

PPS (edit) Ive just noticed the medal thingy at the bottom, DOH!

I don't come on here very often but rather than become embroiled in whether or not I'm actually Brisk or not I shall simply say that us DJs are able to use the internet too you know ;)

It's a little dissapointing to read comments such as "haven't heard it yet but I bet it's shit" and to have people be accusef of 'ass kissing' because they aren't having a cheap pop at an artist however, I understand that some people behave that way, good to luck to them!

Of course I'm sorry some people don't like the track but music is subjective and I don't expect everyone to like our work. I just think it's a shame that people are perhaps not quite as articulate as others and have to be rude about it rather than constructive but such small mindedness is their problem not mine.

The results on the dance floor tell me all I need to know

looking forward to the next releases on ng/bb, the last batch are still my most played records!

I apologise for doubting you, I had no idea about that verification medal stuff. Just thought ya did sommat good on here n got a medal for it. lol I dunno, did the hoovering or sommat, hell id do that for a medal.

As for the track, glad its going down well around the country, probably was always going to as the original was so good, and your remix was even better imo. And tbh, keepin in line with the original was a good move imo, cos like ive said the original was a slammer. I aint heard the flipside, and tbh, that clip of eyeopener is really crap quality on my PC , dunno what bitrate it was saved as, always better to hear a perfect version.

Do a modern version of On & On ;)

(I wonder how many imo's and tbh's I can actually put in one post? tbqfh)

Not a problem.

We will be switching to mp3 format soon with better quality bit rates so sit tight.

A remix of 'On & On' is already on the cards as a well known producer requested to remix it, more news to follow...

I've nothing against the track (always loved the original) but your previous post said it all really! "its not a remix just an updated version" can't really understand why 2 people with the talent you both have, feel the need to update a track! you both need to be focusing on doing brand new material! Hardcore seems to be going round and round in circles at the moment! more than ever!

Nah I disagree, there were some absolute classics in days gone by, and to re-invent them in the nu style to me, is a great idea. Im loving the SMD remixes, and tbh, It brings a glimpse of what the feelin was like back then to the now. I dont deny, there is an awful lot of bunk being churned out, so taking a tune from yesteryear and giving it the 2007 treatment is a good thing.

tbh I cannot get enough of SMD - SMD4 ( Al Storm Remix) thats pure class.

And if another anthem like On & On is gettin the treatment, here's hoping its gonna be good.

My only hope is that some of the real anthems are done proud. Not some half hearted cheese fest. Besides dont really matter what the hardcore is, sounds great at +16 :)

ooh an on&on remix? sounds great!

agreed entirely on the al storm updates of smd tracks, they really showcase what can be done to update a tune with a newer feel while still retaining the oldskool charm.

Thanks for that clip, and that track is amazin. I love my gabber more than anything else, and this one hits the mark ok. Punchdrunk being another favourite from the Brisk camp.

Love the kickdrum on this, I wouldnt be a bit surprised if a certain Mr Brown wanted his hands on this n all. Ironic there is a pretty pathetic Gabber following in the UK. Holland etc is where its at. And there are few or no UK Gabber labels at all. Let alone gabber parties. Shame really, as Hellraiser UK style would be a blast. I miss DRT :(
