I think only stupid people buy ringtones to phones, where with a small effort, they could make better ones themselves for free.
Anyway when i bought a phone that could play mp3's as ringtones, i made 7. The one i usually use isnt Hardcore (Johann Pachelbel's Canon in D played with Piano (this one)).
But also made 4 hardcore ones:
-Chris Deeside - Work in pr (this was posted in these forums as a track someone was making, dont remember who it was?)
-DJ Chucky & DJ Angel - The 9th
-Dowster, Uprise, Dougal & Gammer - Starlight
-テクネチウム "Tc-Ma_001"
Not sure i have them all in my phone anymore, but i can at least send them via email. (they have been downsized and edited to the size 100-250KB).

i've got the real tone of better day because it was on a mixed cd and the track basically starts right from the piano riff. i wouldn't use unmixed tunes coz it takes more than 30 seconds to get to the best bits and most people hang up after like 15-20 seconds.
If i knew how to extract sections of tunes i'd get loadsa different tones but that's like the only one that really works!

You can do that with e.g. iTunes. Also i make the audio mono, and something like 32kbps, cause the phones speaker aint that good.
