[says something about the pads] :P
Not digging the vocals so much. Need sphattening, especially considering her vocals are kind of thin and nasally (though not horrible by a stretch). Perhaps you could use the method where you get a second take and pan the different takes in different channels. Burial's done that with some of Spaceape's rapping on his tunes and they sound ludicrously fat. Some careful use of reverb and maybe (just maybe) a hint of vinyl distortion (which you can get using this cool little freeware plug called CDistortion from KVR) would help too.
Nice riff! The lead sound is rather allright (if nothing all too special), and the riff is as fun as hell. Suggestion though: you seem to be going for an oldschool vibe, so throw in some more oldschool elements on the drums and bass. A punchier kick (like the one in "Take Me to Wonderland" by 4 Tune Fairytales or any number of 95-96 era tunes) and perhaps a more punchy bass, even a K-BB or psytrance-ey KBBB pattern would come in handy.
Also, get some more activity in the m1. I like the progression, but there need to be more notes.
All in all, nice job! Mastering sounds great and the work on the FX and filter sweeps is brilliantly done.

well here we go influx!
the pads need to be layered, yeah i know u mentioned that :)
the piano seems to be a little weak or something, or maybe the velocity on the other notes in the chords is too low.
maybe make the synth louder somehow :P
something else its missing, but other than that, its as close to perfect as anything :)

For a sec there i thought you said you WOULD be thinking its not good enough and i wa slike HEY! thats not nice! could have said that a little better! my bad. guess i should go back to kindergarted and learn to spell properly. :)
Vocals are being fixed up a bit to sound smoother, pads have been fixed up, adding random vocal glitches and fixed up the piano, its a thicker sound now. Same with the synth. Ill post up an update in the next few hours. Oh and i phattened up the bass a tad. :)
Watch this space.

The vocals sound good to me, i see no problem with them whatsoever, don't change them! However there is some sibilance you could do with removing, but that's not something that is a problem, lol, the vocals are very well sung!
The vocals work very well with the lead and piano, so good stuff!

gotta agree with hard2get i like the vocals n i think shes done a good job, i dont know her vocals with this tune gives it a of an old skool happy feel to it. i think that youve found the right vocalist for this track anyway. the track itself - i really like it, i'd definaitley buy put it that way ;)

i wish you guys spoke sooner.
I tried to phatten up the vocals and went overboard and then i think i overcompensated. Overall i feel its worse than it was before :(
Anyway updated.

As expected, it's very good.
Imo, the only thing letting it down are the vocals because they're between a quarter and half a semitone flat in places.
Sort that and it'll be blindin' mate.

OMG, vocal glitches sound ace.
This update is very nice.
I don't like the bitcrusher or whatever on the vox in the breakdown...that should still be glitchy or something. I don't know, that just doesn't sound right.
Pads are much better. Also, in the buildup, do more with the vocals instead of the one sample. Get crazy with it. :D
Honestly, sounds great, although in this mixdown, bass drowns out the piano riff, I hate to say it, at least on my monitors.

Not digging the bitcrushing, but cool vocal glitches.
Vocals sound a fair bit better IMO, but as Ionosphere pointed out, she's off a little bit here and there.
Great job!
All previous suggestions still hold true though (seriously, that piano is bugging the hell out of me, because I keep expecting it to start doing more and it never does.)

The vocals sounded perfect to me to begin with, i don't hear anything wrong with the vocals pitch wise, you can't expect everyone to sing with absolutely perfect tuning, listen to vocals that were done for Hardcore 10 years ago!
