We are having a special event here in DC where we are attempting 100 DJs playing 100 Records in 100 Minutes! I know this is gonna sound a little wack, if not just awful, but we got some dope happy hardcore djs in the mix, so I am super excited!

well, that's the thing, it's up to the dj how they want to handle it. I know at the beginning it will be very hard to beat match the reggae and the increasing tempos and shit, but I think when it gets into the hard house, and dnb/ happy hardcore ranges, it will turn into more of a mega mix.. we will record the whole thing so youwill be able to hear for yourself! :) hehe, gonna be crazy though!

silver: i suppose it is possible to beatmatch in a minute,but it'll be extremely hard and it isn't gonna be exactly a brilliant mix either. but it can be done...

THAT sounds not too good, it just wont work well it might but not very good
and what about when a choon u like comes on and then u get into it only to have it go off in 1 minute.
20 years ago they called it disco.
20 years later now its hardcore techno.

i know that it was done in manchester with 50 djs spinnin 3 tunes each over a long period
see what happens :)

I'm guessing it could be done with a DJM-500 or 600, but its going to be really crappy.

when is this goin' on bezerker (sorry if i missed then when i was reading).
beatmatching in 1 minute isn't hard, the biggest worry is cueing up the track, getting it at the right spot to drop it in, that will take the most time i think.
