What is happening to our music we all love?? To be honest all the new hardcore cd's out are crap!! Come on boys and girls why cant we have classics like before?? No wonder the scene is dying with crap mixes like this coming out. So come on DJ's make some classics like you have done before. Force and styles no hiding you know you are the best so forget Flip and Fill and give us Hardcore fans some more classics!!

In my opinion, I think we need to push the speed limit. I think DJs could do better when mixing albums instead of the same ol' style. I want to hear some mashing, some DJ tricks, not just mix in/mix out 2 tracks. I also want to hear more techno elements in the music. Do something with the vocals, use voice boxes, vocoders, chop them up, loop them, something! And add in some more cheese!!!!

too many people disagree on shit, some people like/hate cheese, some people like happy hardcore much more than hardcore.

i hate to call 96-99 stuff oldschool, its happy hardcore. its the correct name for it. oldschool is usually pre 94 depending.

I didn't say it "defined" hardcore in 2007 - it was a good solid album, unlike some others CLXH4 for example.

True Hardcore, Hardcore Adrenalines, Clubland X-treme Hardcore 4...

They were all shit! Hardcore's getting a more and more commercial sounding...

Fortunately on the other hand we've got Hardcore Underground 2, Bonkers 17, Freeformation, and that's good.

It seems there are two branches of hardcore now, a commercial and a non-commercial.

I thought Hardcore Underground, Rave Nataion and Bonkers 17 were good! Also (last year) I got The Greatest Hardcore album (dont ask me why) which had a few ok sounding tracks but the rest was same old same old, and the old skool mix was ok but I have most of those tracks lol

Hardcore Adreniline 2 was shocking with only 3 tracks I liked

But my mix is being uploaded later!
