I remember when they were like 23p each. It's a joke aint it.
Inflation though mate, get used to it.
I suggest looking for a job that pays more than min' wage. ;) You're not going to get very far on that.

It's the same with crisps, and I notice that you get less in the packets now too, even the posh ones like McCoys, they only half fill the bags and say that the more air makes them 'better' but I think it is to save a bit more money! At school the cheapest crisps where space raiders for just 10p but I bet they go up one soon...

Cinemas are always exspensive...
Funny moment i had back on a school trip in 2003... went to the Big Cinema in Norwich in Castle mall.
I asked for a medium popcorn and when he gave it to me he said something lik £3-4 i said 'WHAT, F***ING HELL'
my mate burst out laughing, good days :) ...

Maybe this should be some incentive to stop eating the crap then, it's not healthy so its for the greater good. It will also save you money :) I don't care for the stuff. It tastes nice but i never eat it and i couldn't care less if i never eat it again. I find it odd that anyone could have an attachment to it.

chocolate has caffine in it, and caffine can be addictive.
inflation is fine, it always happens, if you look back to when your parents were young prices were even cheaper then. but then they didnt get paid as much... with all these prices going up i believe the minimum wage should go up too? why should we have to pay more for everything yet companies dont have to pay us more?

50p, that's about.. 70 Euro cents? I can afford that, we pay around that here. Don't you think you're making a big deal out of nothing? I don't half get sick of people always whining about the country, when it could be a million ****in' times worse. I remember in Belgium, one year inflation got to 23%...

I do however find that for cinemas, it is an outrage. I went to one in Brussels recently, it was 4.50 Euros for a ****ing medium coke
