Does that include anything with synths or does it not count if they're part of a band?
If I can pick bands with synths in then Prog & Psy Rock.
Also - Ska, Punk, Dub, Reggae, Swing, certain bits of hip hop (J5, Common).
Classical is all good but you can't really party to it.

I'd probably have to say Classical too. Can't think of anything worse than shi**y commercial chart music.

i'd sit in my room and bang on a drum loud and fast and try and make it sound distorted some how. then when i had that soulding ok i'd hum a nice melody to go with my gabberish beat

Iv got a soft spot for wind and string instruments so i suppose classical music, but i do like a few american rock bands Nickleback , Creed and The Chilli Peppers so that kind of music aswell.

I'd actually listen to them jungle tribes music like in africa, then they could make some organic drum n maybe some bass.
