Uh im not sure myself, I don't really like rating it out of 10 as you are continually improving if you do it a lot. You never stop learning!.
But I would say an 8 for me?

imo, Mortis and Cotts....
....8, on a bad day.
*edit*
oh yeh, and of course an 8, on a bad day for tommy_renegade as well.
On reflection, this post is a bit silly 'cos there's lot's of people on here that put up very good mixes....
and some, Nufoundation,, Orbit1, Bulby_G etc etc etc that put up excellent ones.

I tend to make up for it in tune selection though.
Think thats the same with me, good tunes do make up for a not so good mix, although today im doing ok, a few good tracks seem to be fitting together okish but yesturday, one track I just couldn't find anything to follow it! Found somthing in the end though. Funny thing is my favorite tracks seem to be the hardest ones to mix, Jeremy's the Flow is a tough out as it has a 2 min long out that just repeats itself but I have plans with that one! There is a very good track with a nice long into so wish me luck with that one!
My next mix is a Dutch Hardcore and the other week I nearly gave up on it but thuis weekend im making progress! I have already started the one after that so watch out as I have many more mixes planned!
Wish me luck!

7/10 I think dunno. Depends on my mood to. Sometimes I can't mix for shit. Somedays I just nail it. Somedays I'm hopeless. :(

My mixing is top notch. They should have used me instead of Tom Cruise in "Cocktail"....

I'd give myself a 7 maybe. Although, I'd like to think I'm always improving.

I know what needs to be in a mix, but i've been mixing for 6 years and i still cock up 50% of the time. When i do get a good beatmatch it's bob on!
7/10
And i use Turntables without the BPM readouts, so all you CD and Digital DJ's can drop a mark or two! ;)

eh no mate, i use vinyl 90% of the time, an cdjs when i need to, and theres no difference, most in fact nearly all bpm counters dont work properly, if you know ur tunes well enuff you should know what % of pitch to give each track, and tbh anyone mixing for well over a year should have it nailed 90% of the time, everyone fcuks up now and then, but tbh its not rocket science lol, know your records and you will be able to mix
