Well if you did have a read, we are saying that our OPINION is that we do not agree, you can think what you want but this is how we feel :)

You don't actually have to look at the wave forms, ever. you could cover them up if you wished. Maybe he cant mix for shite just because he actually cant mix for shite?
Its quicker to cue up tracks in serato than it is on a Vinyl TT and it is just as quick as a CDJ, quicker infact if you include changing CDs as all your tunes are in one place on the laptop.

Not saying Serato is bad, it has some good in it like just dump the song in and no need to burn cd's or buy vinyl. But seriously with all this new technology I don't think it feels like a DJ to me. I'd prefer to stick with vinyl or CDJ's instead of using some other thing.
Peace :)
You will never get closer to feeling like you are mixing like a DJ with MP3's than you will with Serato, thats the whole idea of it :)

So you are allowed to have your say on SERATO, but if someone responds then it is not allowed?
You should be a politician

Didn't think everyone wud kick off like this!
All i wanted was everyones opinion about using Turntables/CDJs, i personally don't use CDJs or SERATO but thats no reason not 2 appreciate others using it!

I am using 2& CDJ800~2& turntable ~ tractor.
Recently, the vinyl supply to Japan is a little.
The number of CD& tractors has increased.

Obviously as technology gets better something gets easier but if DJ'ing carries on like this soon there will be no need 4 DJS at all because its all done through a CPU. Robots'll be DJ in coming years!
Am not saying it isn't a good piece of equipment but I think its killing tradition a bit.
Theres more skill to appreciate on vinyl because they have to physically change the record and juggle all other aspects, while with MP3s you just click a button to do all sorts.
I know a few people who agree with me but i'd like to hear from all.
What do you think?
