While on the coach I listened to all the Hardcore on my I-pod & some of my Bonkers & enjoyed Sharkey, CLSM & Kutski's mix on Bonkers 16 which had alot of Bouncy tracks! Alot of Sharkey's mixes suchs as Bonkers 10, 11, 12, 15 & 16 had a few tracks with hard kicks & a bouncy edge! Artists like Robbioe Long, Stormtrooper, Devesate & AMS ect all made full on quility hardcore around 2003-2006 but it hardly ever made the mainstream, now these days even they seem to making watered down Hardcore!
Why was 'Bouncy Freeform' so over looked? It had hard kicks, breaks, a euphoric edge and was alot harder than 'Upfront' UK Hardcore is yet it seemed to be pushed to one side! Why is all the best stuff so over looked? No wonder people are becoming tired of today's Hardcore when all the good stuff is ignored!
Back to my classics I supose, been working on a new mix & it is going really well! Might add some Bouncy Freeform in with the classics to add some veritey to it!
Your thoughts on this?

as hardcore (in a commercial sence) is marketed at the clubland buyers & all the scouse house clubbers they have to produce to their likin, meanin weaker kicks.. everyone loves fast paced music as it brings energy to the dancefloor. the market that uk hardcore is aimed dont (cant handle) like hard so we end up with weakcore. i do on the other hand like it. i like my tunes hard, bangin & bouncy tho!

Sharkey, Arkitech & Susi Ankah's Dual Illumination is what I would class as Bouncy Freeform as well as DJ Entity's Spice! Both excellent tunes! We need more of that & less of the same old boring stuff that ends up on Clubland!

Another good example, and a good few tracks with hard kicks such as Stromtrooper & Sharkey's 'Lazerbeam addict'

I agree on that, although was disopointed with the new Bonkers Anthem & some other tracks but a few were really good! Sharkey's mixes always stand out from the rest! Any news on Bonkers 18 yet?

Think of a more energectic & uplifting type of Freeform with hard kicks, not always much in the vocals & not really cheesy but with a euphoric edge to it! The term isn't used to often but as suggested, listen to Sharkey's mixes on bonkers 15 & 16 to here some more bouncy tunes! Other types of Freeform can be more dark & underground, Bouncy Freeform is uplifting but still harder than mainstream Hardcore!
