monthly stats for the past year show a sudden drop for hhc unique users.

what a bunch of bollox... I was having the same converstation with proxy about alexa, they guess everything and you can increase your rank in alexa 2-3 times over just with 1 user installing their bar.
It even says...
"We have little data for happyhardcore.com, so these are rough estimates"
I can see the real stats and it's certainly nothing like this.

that comes as a relief tbh. would be a devastating blow to hardcore in general for this site to die! :D

Run some other hardcore sites on that site, some show no visitors to their site at all haha... obviously something wrong there...
Most likely someone that visits the site had recently uninstalled the plugin or not visited the site in the a while, because hardly anyone has their plugin's installed the drop off of 1 user can make it look like thousands of people are dropping off.

To be honest most of the regulars dont seem to be coming here like they used to.
Shame really as they were a nice bunch maybe they just gone there own way and letting the younger generation come and have a dabble on here.
Its still good on here but not as lively as when i first started couple of years ago.

I'm on every day too. ;) The topics just repeat themselves a lot once you've been on a forum for ages so you stop posting in as many.
I wouldn't trust any sites/charts like that though.

On here everyday too, a few times a day actually (i have nothing else to do all day lol).
It does seem to have quietened down on here since i first started posting. A few of the old names have disappeared but, then, a few have come back. Is HHC.com going through the recession too?

July + Aug is summer so all websites are a slower around this time... notice how the radio stats are down now about 20% at the moment? It happens every August :)
All will be well in Sept :)
