Ok so ive been mulling over the idea of getting a tattoo for ages, and I want one! But i havent been in a financial position to get one, but ive got a little bit of money now so Im planning on getting one next month. But.....I dont know which to get, i just cant decide.......please help! Here are the choices:
HTID (going vertically down my right calf)
BCFC (My football club, going vertically down my right calf)
Three stars, a big, medium and small one going down my right calf
A tribal design going down the side of the bottom half of my left leg.
They are the ones Ive been thinking of, what do you think? Any other suggestions?

Whatever you want mate at the end of the day is you gotta look at it forever.
As much as i love rangers and bit of hardcore could never get either tattoo'd on me, stars and tribals bein done to death. I'd just look at loads of designs and find something you no is worthwhile.

I dont care for meaning tbh mate, not got any tattoos but if i did it would be purely cos it looks good.
What meaning do stars and tribal and all this shit everyone gets have? Nothing

You could look for one that would have a meaning to you though. :) Or design one either by yourself or with some help.
I wouldn't personally go with any of the ones you mentioned. Over done and really cheesy. I know a lot of people who have had the same or similar done, really liked it at the time and have gone on to really regret having them done.
I decided against having one in the end. Didn't want anything on me that was so permanent... Glad I waited till I was a bit older to make the decision!

haha i actually considered having the HTID logo with full on angel background on my back!! Dont think i will be doing that tho!
I think Im going to have to have a think about it, theres no rush afterall

Thats it mate, need to be 100% really i no so many people that hate there tattoos now. My mate got cream logo done on him while wrecked in ibiza a few years ago, said he started regretting it as it was being done  .

People that get tattoos because they "look cool" sicken me to be honest.
Its meant to be a personal form of expression... how could you be so shallow to take something that can be one of the most honest and genuine forms of expression and corrupt it to make it make you look better.
Its meant to express not impress. If you're gettting a tattoo because you simply think they look good and you think you'll look cool, you're doing it for the wrong reasons.
PLEASE, for the sake of me not calling you a COMPLETE ****ing wanker, get something that has SOME meaning to you.
That does NOT include HTID.... you will regret that... and its kind of wank to be honest anyway... if i saw someone with that tattoo id think they were a massive try hard.

I know what you mean, and I do want something that means something to me. It would hardly ever get seen cause its not like we have the weather to wear shorts, but i want it done for me, not someone else.
Nothing really major has happened in my life though for me to get a tattoo of. Music is the most important thing 2 me, and my gf but nothing has happened that makes me think, oh yeah i want that on my body as a reminder.

I think you missed the point. Its my opinion that its wank to get a tattoo because you think it looks cool... How does it not affect me if someone does that? Yes, i don't have control over it, but that doesnt mean i can't be affected by it.
Who am i to judge? well, myself. I can make my own judgements thank you very much.
Its a personal choice if you want to get one, and what you want to get... but if someone asks you why you got it, wouldnt you want to have a REASON for it? instead of saying "i dunno... it looks cool"... you're going to look like a fool.
If you want something to look cool get Henna done. It lasts for a fair while but its not forever. If you do something just because you think it looks cool chances are you are going to change your mind later in life. If you're doing it for fun, get Henna. When you want a serious tattoo use serious ink and get it injected into your skin permanently.

Just to clear up, not calling you gay for it mate, just think the notion of getting anything like that (HTID, football club, portrait of hixxy etc) is, imo, a bit stupid. In the sense that i wouldn't personally get it done on myself. obviously, though if that's what you want and you honestly think you won't regret it, then go for it.
